# Outlook

***Prerequisite:***
Ensure you have a Microsoft account that you want to connect to Siren.

## Integration Setup

To integrate your Outlook account with Siren using Microsoft's OAuth authentication, follow these steps:

  <Step title="Access Providers">
    Navigate to the **Providers** section in your Siren dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Email Channel">
    Choose the **Email** channel from the list of available options.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Outlook Account">
    Locate Outlook in the list of providers and click on **Add Account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authenticate with Microsoft">
    In the modal that appears, click on the **Continue with Microsoft** button.
    ECHO is off.
    you will be redirected to Microsoft's sign-in page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to Microsoft">
    * Click on the Microsoft account you want to connect to Siren
    * Review the permissions that Siren is requesting
    * Click **Accept** to grant Siren access to your Outlook account
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete Setup">
    After successful authentication, you will be automatically redirected back to Siren.
    ECHO is off.
    Your Outlook account will be connected and ready to use with Siren's email features.
  </Step>

<Note>
  * The integration uses OAuth for secure authentication, so you do not need to create or manage app passwords.
  * You can revoke Siren's access at any time through your Microsoft Account settings under "Security" > "App permissions".
